Computech Solutions

Agreement
The customer will be provided with (2) copies of the terms and conditions. One copy must be signed by the
customer and returned to Computech Solutions before the project can be started. The other copy is for the
customer’s records. Customer agrees to give Computech Solutions all necessary images, text, logo, etc. to
the building of the site in a timely manner upon receiving the down-payment for the project.

Charges
Charges for services provided by Computech Solutions will be defined in a written quote sent to the
customer. One-half (1/2) of the quoted price is due before the project can be started. This amount is
refundable if the project is cancelled within 24 hours of receipt. The remainder of the balance will be due in
full upon completion of the site and/or before uploading to the internet occurs.

Final Review By Customer
Customer will review and make any minor changes that pertain to the original content of the site upon
completion. Within ten (10) days of completion customer may make any minor adjustments to the project at
no cost. These only include changes to the original content of the site. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE creating
new images, re-scanning existing pictures, scanning new images, adding new buttons, etc.

Payment
Customer will receive a final invoice upon completion of the project. At that time, the remaining balance is
required. Payment may be made by cash, check, credit card or money order.

Failure to Pay
Projects unpaid fourteen (14) days following the completed invoice date will be considered in default unless
arrangements have been previously made. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a return
charge of $25.00, and considered in default until full payment is received. Customers with an account that is
in default agrees to pay Computech Solutions all reasonable expenses, including attorney fees and costs for
collection by third-party agencies, incurred by Computech Solutions to enforce these Terms and Conditions.

Copyright
The customer retains the copyright to data, files, and graphic logos provided by the customer. The customer
grants Computech Solutions the rights to publish and use such material. Any custom work and/or logos
designed by Computech Solutions for use on the customer’s site will remain the property of Computech
Solutions.

Design Credit
A link to Computech Solutions will appear in small type at the bottom of the site.

Post Production Alterations
Computech Solutions will not accept responsibility for any alterations made by a third party to the customer’s
site once installed.
